Hard tickets for Roadkill Festival 2018 are available at SideBurn barbershop, café Den Drummer in Ghent & café De Metro in Waarschoot. Online tickets : www.roadkillfestival.be/tickets. If available, tickets can be sold at the ticket booth (higher price than presales). Only cash payments can be accepted.


Everyone is welcome at the festival. Children under the age of 12 will be allowed free entry if accompanied by a responsible adult. Excessive exposure to loud music may cause hearing damage, only adult ear protection will be available at the ticket booth. We advice the use of earmuffs and/or plugs.


By Car

Free parking at 200m from the festival site.

By Train

Trainstation at 1,6km from the festival, station “Waarschoot” From Ghent: One train every hour on Friday and Saturday (no trains back after 22h15).

By Bus

Bus line 58 (Bruges – Ghent and back) stops at “Waarschoot Kerk” (Waarschoot Church). Same problem: no buses back at night

By Taxi

“Taxi Centrale Eeklo” can be reached at +32 468 170 170. Make a reservation in advance, will probably be fully booked.

Motorbikes and bicycles

Helmets and jackets can be left at the (paying) cloakroom. Cost: 1 token.


Camping is absolutely free and right next to the festival area. Toilets are available on the camping site. The camping area is not a parking. However, we allow cars to drop of gear at the campsite and then turn back. Campers and vans are allowed to stay overnight.

At the festival you can eat different kinds of food: fries, pasta and Thai food. Of course, we’ll be roasting a pig again on Saturday. New for 2018: homemade Paëlla on Friday!! Vegetarian food is available. All foods must be payed cash, except the paella and roasted pig.


Drinking coins cost €2,2 and can be be bought at the booth inside the tent. Coins will not be accepted in 2019. Only cash payments can be accepted.


Indoor bar

Beer, cola, lemonade, water,… can be bought at the bar inside the tent.

Outdoor bar

On Friday the outside bar will be transformed to the “TROPICAL BEERS BAR” and will serve some “latin” inspired beers. Think Corona, Cubanisto, Desperado…  On Saturday we’re serving some famous Belgian heavy beers in their own typical glasses in our “ROADKILL HEAVY BEER BAR”. For the ladies: Cava is available. Lots of it, both days. 

The outdoor bar has a terrace where you can sit down and enjoy your drink. Glasses and glass bottles are only allowed in this specific area. Cava will be served in plastic. 

It is not allowed to leave the festival area with drinks. The people who clean the area are thankful for your understanding.


Merchandise can be purchased inside the tent. Cash payments only.
